Take your pick - whether you're looking to add a kick of flavour to your shake, or add additional healthy ingredients; add-ons are an excellent option to spruce up your weight loss journey! 🌱

IDEA #1: OAT POWDER

Rich in fibre and helps keep you feeling fuller for longer: introducing oat powder!

Traditionally, oat powder is used for breakfast smoothies (as well as oatmeal cereal!), and has a whole range of other health benefits (such as lowering blood sugar and cholesterol) - making it a 'oat-ally' great add-on!

IDEA #2: FROZEN FRUITS

Frozen fruit is an affordable way to add a lot of flavour to tour favourite shake flavour.
Simply add 1/2 cup of frozen fruit such as mango, blueberries, raspberries or mixes berries into a blender along with 2 scoops of Dukes Shake.

Just be wary of the additional calories.

IDEA #3: NUTS AND SEEDS

We're talking flax seeds, chia seeds, peanut butter powder (hot tip: Marmadukes Peanut Butter is a great choice! 😉).As well as containing all the good stuff (fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids), they are excellent at thickening the texture! 🤌
