Shipping policy

 

Domestic Orders

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed.

You can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. However, this can change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Express Shipping is available and can be expected to arrive within 1-3 days.

International Orders

All international orders are sent via express post.

Please be aware that although most international orders pass through customs without any issues, there are occasional instances where we cannot control the customs clearance process for products purchased outside of Australia.

Dukes Weight Loss is not responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes incurred at customs or if an item does not clear customs. Should the item be returned to us, the customer will be eligible for a refund for the product(s).

Delivery Insurance

Dukes Weight Loss works hard to ensure the safe arrival of your items, yet we recognise that unforeseen incidents may occur during transit. In the event of damage or loss, our ‘Delivery Insurance’ ensures you will get a replacement for lost or damaged products.

In instances where your parcel sustains damage during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the impairment. Following assessment, we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue credit for your subsequent purchase.

It is imperative to note that Dukes Weight Loss cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit without ‘Delivery Insurance’ coverage. However, if ‘Delivery Insurance’ was secured with your order and your parcel remains undelivered within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for recourse under the following conditions:

1- Confirmation from Australia Post or Star Track declaring your parcel as lost, accompanied by written correspondence validating the claim.

2- The parcel remains unaccounted for or listed as "In transit" for a period exceeding 60 days from the date of shipment, as indicated by the tracking number.

Authority To Leave

Please note that delivery will only be attempted once. If this is not successful, you will receive a notification of when and where the parcel will be available for collection.

To ensure successful delivery, we recommend provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to reduce the chance of your parcel being lost or stolen.

Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for items that are left unattended by Australia Post 'Authority to Leave'. Once an item is marked as 'Delivered' on our tracking system, any inquiries or issues must be addressed directly with Australia Post, as our available information is limited at that stage.

If you encounter problems with packages being taken from your property, even if they were placed in a location considered 'Safe' by the courier, we recommend considering an alternate delivery address, such as your workplace or a location where someone will be available to receive the package.

Wrong Address

Any costs associated with customers entering addresses incorrectly or goods that are undeliverable being returned to us will be recharged to the customer and deducted from any refund or as a surcharge if the goods must be shipped again.

At this stage Dukes Weight Loss products can only be shipped to addresses in Australia.
