Due Diligence

WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY
Purpose
To provide a safe and confidential way for employees and contractors to report concerns about misconduct.
What Can Be Reported
- Fraud, theft, or corruption
- Modern slavery or unethical conduct
- Safety breaches or environmental damage
- Discrimination, harassment or serious policy breaches
How to Report
- Concerns can be raised to a Company Director or via email.
- Reports can be made anonymously.
- Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
Investigation Process
- All reports will be reviewed promptly.
- Investigations will be impartial and confidential.
- Outcomes may include internal disciplinary action or referral to authorities.
