Little changes can go a long way. Replacing foods with healthy alternatives is a great way to improve your health! Here are a few easy switches to keep you on track towards your weight loss goal.

WHITE BREAD vs MULTIGRAIN BREAD!

White bread is a tempting choice, we get it!

HOWEVER, it's made out of refined flour, and will not keep you as full as multigrain or give you the same nutrients as multigrain bread. Fibre is your friend when trying to lose weight.

BISCUITS vs RAW VEGGIES & DIP

Almost every Aussie likes crackers and dip.

However, another healthier substitute, while still being able to enjoy a tasty dip and a crunchy snack - is replacing crackers with fresh veggies. We're keen on carrot and celery sticks for extra crunchiness!

FRIED vs GRILLED

Fried food is full of unhealthy calories, oil and fats. By replacing this method with grilling you can cut down on all of these nasty side-effects.

Side note: you can still achieve a crispy texture by using breadcrumbs or spices!
