It can be difficult to keep track of all the health 'tips and tricks' out there and who knows which are truthful...
That's why we've developed a short list of habits that will help improve your health:
HABIT #1: YOU DON'T NEED 10,000 STEPS A DAY
This may blow your mind, but you only need 7,500 steps a day! 🤯
Researchers have found that it only takes 7,500 steps to taper down your mortality rate! This doesn't need to be hardcore exercise; some easy ideas include walking during lunch, or simply taking the stairs instead of the elevator!
HABIT #2: KEEP A WATER BOTTLE OR TWO NEAR YOU
We all know hydration is important - after all, everyone needs water to survive. BUT, with distractions or alternatives such as unhealthy sodas or a meeting that's gone overtime; drinking frequently can slip to the back of your mind.
That's why we suggest keeping a water bottle close and visible throughout the day to remind you to hydrate! 💧
HABIT #3: EMBRACE YOUR PETS
Animals have heaps of health advantages - plus, they're fun to be around!
Research has shown that our furry friends decreases blood pressure, helps anxiety (and even PTSD!), and provides more opportunities for increased movement and exercise! 🐾
