Exercising is one major way to improve your health, and to lose weight. However- the more 'traditional' workouts are over-used, and can become stale and boring. 
 
That's why we've brainstormed some ideas to mix things up, and help you achieve and accomplish your weight loss goals!

Idea #1: Try a new sport/activity to get moving

Ever dreamed of being a pro rock climber? How about an olympic swimmer? there are so many sports and activities available, to help teach you new skills, and get your body moving.
 
Whether that's kayaking, social tennis, adult circus classes, or a dance class - why not build your skills, and have fun at the same time?! 

Idea #2: Get adventurous

Staring at the same gym walls multiple times a week gets old - fast. 

Whether you're walking, running, hiking etc. - a good idea is to explore unfamiliar and new places! Get off the beaten path and be adventurous! 
 
Steve Jobs is known for his 'walking' meetings - getting away from the desk, and out to nature! 

Idea #3: Little changes can go a long way

Making little changes to your life can make a BIG difference. Tasks like riding your bike to work, or parking in the furthest spot to walk that little bit extra encourages you to get moving.  

Even the tiny things; like getting a sit-stand desk, or doing a walk with a friend on the weekend, counts!

Our bottom line is to get creative and find something that suits you.
