    Weightloss journey begins

    I purchased the starter pack with the shakes, oat and soups, and by golly they are amazing. Starting a new program takes some getting used to, but the dukes program has been positively easy. Haven’t really felt hungry and the flavours are amazing, and lost 2 kilos (in two weeks) 10/10 would buy again.

    Yes to Dukes.!!!

    I’m happy as to have googled “Dairy free meal replacements” and Dukes came up.!! There hasn’t been many on the market that actually taste good. I’ve tried a lot of terrible tasting ones!!

    Long time TMJ sufferer I needed soft food to eat or drink. These are perfect and the side effect being loosing weight.!!!

    I started with the starter pack and now just buy the bulk packs. I find even though I’m eating less calories, the soup for dinner/tea leaves me feeling full.
