Teriyaki salmon with soba noodles

Steps
Whisk together all the ingredients in the marinade
Place the salmon fillets in a snugly fitted shallow dish and pour over the marinade and leave for at least an hour in the fridge, turning them over half way
Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil and cook the noodles for 3 minutes
Drain and rinse through with cold water, lift and separate the noodles by hand to ensure they do not stick
Whisk together all the other ingredients in the salad
Shake off all excess water off the noodles and place in a bowl and mix with salad dressing and put to one side
Pre-heat bbq or grill to highest setting and spray with oil and cook salmon for 3 minutes each side until cooked to liking
In the meantime put the marinade into a small pan and bring to the boil until thickened
Pour the marinade over the salmon and serve with the bowl of noodles and garnish with chopped coriander

5 | Tbs lime juice |
1 | Tsp sesame oil |
1 | Bunch chopped coriander |
1 | Sprinkle sesame seeds |
