Stir fry beef noodles

Steps
Cook the noodles according to instructions and drain rinsing with cold water and put aside
Heat wok or large frying pan and add the sesame oil
Pan fry the beef for 2 mins each side and transfer to a plate and cover with foil
Add the garlic, onion and ginger and gently fry together for a couple of minutes
Add the capsicum for a further 2 minutes
Mix together the soy sauce and beef stock and add to the wok and contine to heat stirring all the ingredients together
Slice the beef and add with the noodles together with the other ingredients
Gently toss together and once liquid has evaporated, serve in a bowl topped with chopped coriander

200g | Soba noodles |
2 tsp | Sesame oil |
1 | Cup of coriander chopped |
