Steak and warm rice salad

If you love a good steak and you need something quick, healthy and easy to prepare for dinner tonight, then this is for you. Healthy and protein-packed, this steak and warm rice salad is a great way to enjoy a satisfying but healthy dinner. Steps
Combine the steak with the ginger, honey, olive oil, 1 tbsp soy and 1/2 lemon juice and marinade in the fridge
Spray a frying pan or wok with the oil and cook the capsicum and snow peas for a couple of minutes
Heat the bbq or chargrill and spray with oil
Add the cooked rice to the vegetables, remaining soy and lemon juice and cook until warmed through
Meanwhile cook the steak according to personal preference
Divide the warm rice into bowls and top with sliced steak
