Salmon Pasta

Steps
Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil, add the past and cook according to instructions
Put on oven grill to high
In the last couple of minutes of the pasta cooking add the broccoli and asparagus for 1 min only and drain
At the same time, place 1 cup of milk (250 ml) in a saucepan together with the onion, parsley, lemon and the salmon
Cook on a medium heat for 5 mins until salmon is cooked
Take out salmon with a slotted spoon and gently flake and put aside
Combine the remaining milk with the cornflour and add to the milk mixture in the pan and bring gently to the boil, season accordingly
Transfer the pasta mixture to an ovenproof baking dish and pour over the sauce
Add the flaked salmon and gently mix into the pasta
Sprinkle the cheese over the top and grill for 4 - 5 mins until golden

50g | Light cheddar cheese (shredded) |
