Prawn Taco
These prawn tacos are a delightful blend of fresh, creamy, and tangy flavours. Served on warm corn tortillas, they  are light yet satisfying, with a balanced mix of creamy, crunchy, and zesty flavours, each bite is fresh, vibrant, and delicious. Steps

Warm tortillas as instructed on package

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the prawns and garlic for 3 - 4 mins until cooked

In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise and tomato sauce with a squeeze of lemon

On each tortilla spread a small amount of sauce over the base and add the cabbage and advocado

Top with the cooked prawns with some additonal sauce

Garnish with the coriander and lemon

Season with salt and pepper accordingly

1/4 White cabbage finely sliced
