Prawn & Avocado Pizza

Steps
Preheat oven to 240C/220C fan
Heat a pizza stone or heavy based oven tray in oven
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base
Sprinkle the garlic over the sauce
Place the prawns evenly on top
Sprinkle the chilli flakes over the prawns
Spray a small amount of the olive oil over the pizza and place in hot oven for 12 mins
Towards the end of the cooking add the avocado slices on top of the prawns and return to the oven for the last couple of minutes
Before serving add the chopped coriander
Season to taste
