Pork Taco

Steps
Mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce and half of the soybean paste wth the pork and put to one side
Spray the olive oil on the bbq grill and heat
Cook the corn cob on the bbq grill until lightly blackened and put to one side
Grill the marinaded pork on the bbq grill until just cooked and rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into strips
Remove the corn from the cob using a sharp knife
Warm tortillas as instructed on package
On each tortilla spread a small amount of remaining soybean paste over the base and add the corn, cucumber and advocado
Top with the cooked pork and mint leaves
Garnish with the lemon
Season with salt and pepper accordingly
