Who said you its not possible to eat Pizza and lose weight? This fantastic mushroom pizza with a white base is a genuine crowd pleaser. You can have a whole pizza each or try some of our other pizzas and have slices of each - a perfect and healthy Friday night treat.

Steps

Preheat oven to 240C/220C fan

Heat a pizza stone or heavy based oven tray in oven

Spread the cottage cheese over the pizza base

Place the mushrooms evenly on top

Sprinkle the garlic and parmesan over the mushrooms

Spray a small amount of the olive oil over the pizza and place in hot oven for 12 mins

Before serving sprinkle the parsely and shallots over the top

Season to taste
