Chicken Stroganoff with Pasta

Steps
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan
Sprinkle and cover the chicken thoroughly with the paprika and season accordingly
Spray a deep baking tray with the olive oil and place the chicken and bake for 20 minutes
Add the mushrooms, garlic and bacon and cook together for another 10 minutes
In a large jug mix together the tomato paste and hot stock then stir in the pasta
Place the pasta mix in the baking dish around the chicken and return to the oven for another 15 mnutes until the pasta is tender
Transfer the chicken to a plate and stir into the pasta mix the sour cream and beans
Place the chicken back into the baking dish and sprinkle with the thyme leaves and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes
Serve with the chopped parsley

200ml | Light sour cream |
250g | Green beans |
1 | Parsley chopped |
