Steps

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan, add the spices for 30 secs

Add onion, garlic, and cook until just soft

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until lightly browned

Add the can of tomatoes and the cherry tomatoes bringing to the boil

Reduce the heat until just simmering and add 100 g of yoghurt, sugar and the margerine until the chicken is cooked through

Serve with the cooked rice and sprinkle coriander over a dollop of yoghurt

20g Olive oil
200g Rice
200g Chopped coriander to serve
