Liquid banana bread

I’ve just picked up the starter pack last week and still working through box one’s assortment, a definite favourite is the banana bread flavour, which would surprise no one.

I’m finding the shakes keep me satiated really well and not missing previous meals. Definite flavour preferences building!

So far, so good…

I’m a week in and almost 3kg down, changing nothing other than the shakes for breakfast and lunch. I’ve liked some flavors more than others - lamington and choc mint were my favourites so far. I’ve been ok with hunger - mostly I’ve realised I eat more from boredom than hunger, and if I’m busy, the shakes are doing me fine as meal replacements.

Best shakes yet!!!

I've tried a lot of meal replacement shakes over the years , Dukes are by far the best shakes , i am waiting for my soups to arrive.. they keep me full for long time, easy to prepare, thick but not gluggy consistency. And I lost almost a kilo in the first week... not bad when I only want to lose 6 or 8 kilos!!!
My only whinge is the flavours are not very strong.. quite bland really. I add sugar free caramel, chocolate or strawberry toppings or frozen fruit to the shakes and let them sit for a few minutes to get rid of the gritty consistency.. awesome 👌..can't wait to try my soups.
